All sales at Lilac Sky Studio, LLC are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted, except as required by applicable law.

Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with meticulous care, inspected thoroughly prior to packaging and shipping, and made with high-quality materials. Due to the handmade nature and time-intensive process of creating each item, customers are encouraged to review product listings carefully, including descriptions and photographs, before completing a purchase.

Defective Items

In the event that a product is received with a material manufacturing defect, contact info@lilacskystudio.com within 30 days of receipt. To request a repair or replacement, please include clear photos of the item along with your date of purchase in your email. Once received, the piece will be carefully inspected to confirm eligibility for repair or replacement. 

For purposes of this policy, a “manufacturing defect” is limited to structural flaws present at the time of production, such as defective clasps, loose soldering, or settings that fail under normal wear within 30 days of receipt. Issues arising from stone fragility, natural inclusions, or customer handling are not considered manufacturing defects.

Damage resulting from customer handling—including accidental breakage, dropping, stepping on, snagging, crushing, exposure to chemicals, vacuuming, improper storage, or any other form of impact or misuse—is not covered under this policy, even if it occurs with the 30-day window. Fragile stones, such as opals, are particularly susceptible to breakage, and replacements will only be provided for verified manufacturing defects, not for damage occurring during unboxing, wear, or handling.

Eligibility for repair or replacement will be determined solely at the discretion of Lilac Sky Studio, LLC. Eligible items with verified manufacturing defects may be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. However, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with sending items for repair or replacement. Reasonable efforts will be made to address verified manufacturing defects in good faith.

Repairs After 30 Days

After 30 days from receipt, repairs may be available at cost and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Resizing Services

Resizing services are not offered, as these could compromise the setting or damage the stone.

Lilac Sky Studio, LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use, misuse, or alteration of products, or from circumstances beyond control such as shipping issues.

No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All purchases are subject to our Terms of Service, which govern your rights, remedies, and applicable law.
